Ask better questions about CSSBuy QC

Quality checks are only as good as the request behind them. This is a plain-language guide to the photos, angles and measurements worth asking for before a parcel ships — with real inspection examples and an honest account of what a check can and cannot prove.

The core photo-request checklist

Six things worth confirming on almost any order. Copy-ready wording for each is in the photo-request guide.

  • Name the exact item and variant — colour, size and style number — so the right unit is photographed.
  • Ask for named angles: front flat, back flat, and any logo or print in one readable frame.
  • Request a label close-up so the marked size and care text are legible.
  • Ask for a ruler or tape in frame if a measurement matters to you.
  • Call out likely defects to check: stitching, hardware, alignment.
  • Confirm every piece of a multi-part item is present before it ships.

Photo requests

Describe the angles you need

Warehouse staff photograph what you name. Vague requests get you one blurry front shot; specific ones get you frames you can actually judge. Name the surface and the reason.

“Please send clear, in-focus photos in daylight: the front laid flat, the back laid flat, and a close-up of the interior size and care label so the printed size is readable.”

Measurements & labels

Ask for numbers you can read

A tape in the photo only helps if it lies flat, stays in focus and is shot straight on. Agree the unit first, and remember a flat measurement is half the circumference.

“For measurements, please lay the item flat and photograph a tape measure directly above it (not at an angle), showing chest width pit-to-pit and total length in centimetres.”

Service boundaries and fees

How many photos an agent includes, whether extra photos cost anything, and how long a parcel is stored are set by the platform and change over time. Those current terms are not reproduced here because they were not verified from the official site. Check them yourself before ordering: the service-terms guide lists exactly what to look up, and the official CSSBuy site is the only reliable source for them.

What a photo cannot settle

A quality check confirms visible things — damage, colour under that light, the right item, rough stitching. It does not prove authenticity, material content, safety, or how something fits and wears. Treat every example here that way. See inspection limits.

FAQ

Common questions

Can this site request photos from CSSBuy for me?

No. This is an independent guide with no order system, form or ticket queue. It gives you wording to send to your own agent; it does not contact CSSBuy or anyone on your behalf.

Are extra photos always free?

That depends on the platform's current terms, which change and are not stated here. Do not assume — check the official site before ordering.

Do measurements or photos prove fit or authenticity?

No. Measurements can be misread and vary between units; photos show a surface, not a lab test. A quality check is not an authenticity test.
