Jackets: QC checklist and references

Track jackets, coach jackets and two-piece tracksuit sets are where fit, hardware and matched pieces go wrong most often. Before a parcel ships, a quality check can confirm the obvious things a listing photo hides: whether the zip runs smoothly, whether a set actually contains both the jacket and the trousers in matching sizes, and whether logos sit where they should.

120 jackets & tracksuits in this reference set — 106 with inspection photos published on their source listing.

Before this type of item ships, ask for

  • Both pieces of a set. For a jacket-and-trousers set, ask for a photo of both pieces together and confirm the sizes match.
  • Zips and hardware. Ask for a close-up of the main zip pull and any pockets, opened and closed.
  • Logo and print placement. Front, back and sleeve logos in one frame so placement and spelling are readable.
  • Collar and cuffs. Ribbing, snaps or drawcords photographed flat.
  • Size and care label. A sharp close-up of the interior label so you can read the marked size.
  • Stitching along seams. Shoulder and side seams in daylight to catch loose threads.

Copy-ready wording for these requests is in the photo-request guide. A quality check confirms visible details only — it is not an authenticity test.
