Legal notice
Legal notice and operator identity
The identifiable operator and contact information that a public website is legally required to show has not been provided. Nothing on this page has been invented to fill that gap. Until real details are supplied and verified, this site should not be treated as live.
Why this page exists
In most jurisdictions that this English-language site could reach, the person or company operating a website must make their identity and contact details easy to find. We do not have those details, so we cannot display them, and we will not guess at a company name, address, registration number, phone number or email that we have not verified.
The jurisdiction is unknown
Because no operator has been named, we do not know the country in which this site's operator is established. Without that, we cannot point to a single national law as the governing one, and we will not pretend otherwise. What follows is therefore conditional.
If the operator is in the EU or EEA
If the operator is established in the European Union or European Economic Area, or directs its service to people there, the baseline is the e-Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC), Article 5, “General information to be provided,” as transposed into each member state's own law. Article 5(1) requires that the following be made easily, directly and permanently accessible:
- (a) the name of the service provider;
- (b) the geographic address at which the service provider is established;
- (c) contact details, including an email address, that allow it to be contacted rapidly and communicated with in a direct and effective manner;
- (d) where the provider is entered in a trade or similar public register, that register and the provider's registration number;
- (e) where the activity is subject to an authorisation scheme, the details of the relevant supervisory authority;
- (f) for a regulated profession, the professional body it is registered with, the professional title and the member state granting it, and the applicable professional rules and how to access them;
- (g) where the activity is subject to VAT, the VAT identification number.
Article 5(2) adds that where prices are referred to, they must be indicated clearly and unambiguously, stating in particular whether tax and delivery costs are included. The authoritative consolidated text is on the EU's official portal: Directive 2000/31/EC on EUR-Lex. National transpositions differ — an operator based in Germany, for instance, would look to the Impressum requirement now in the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG). The precise national reference can only be fixed once the country of establishment is known.
Consumer-protection and data-protection law may add further requirements (for example, naming a data controller and how to reach them). These must be confirmed against the current official guidance for the operator's country before publishing.
On prices: in keeping with Article 5(2), the figures on this site are the seller's listing price in Chinese yuan; any US-dollar amount is an indicative conversion only. No price shown is a final total — none includes the agent service fee, domestic or international shipping, or import taxes and duties.
What must be supplied before launch
To complete this page and lift the block, the operator needs to provide, and this site needs to verify: the legal entity or individual name; the registered/geographic address; a working contact email (and any required phone); any company or trade-register entry and number; a VAT number if applicable; the person responsible for content; and the operator's country, so the correct legal basis can be cited from the current official source.
This gap is recorded as a hard release blocker in the project's release-readiness documentation. The site status is Not Ready until it is resolved.
