Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is an independent, informational guide. It is not the official CSSBuy website, not affiliated with it, and not a buying agent. It does not sell goods, take orders, handle payments, or process returns. Nothing here is a contract of sale or of agency, and following any guidance here does not create one.

Information, not advice or guarantee

The content is provided for general information. It is prepared carefully from public source listings and general knowledge of how agent-based shopping works, but it is offered without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices, product details, availability, platform terms and external links can change at any time, and may be out of date by the time you read them.

Third-party links and content

The site links to third-party websites, including source listings and the official platform, and shows product titles and images that belong to their respective owners. Those sites and materials are the responsibility of their owners and are governed by their own terms; a link is not an endorsement.

Commercial relationships

At the time of writing, the outbound listing links on this site carry no affiliate or referral parameters and earn no commission. If that ever changes, the affected links will be marked as sponsored and disclosed clearly.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its operator are not liable for decisions you make based on the information here, or for anything that happens on third-party sites you reach through it.

Governing law and operator

The operator and the governing jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been established. See the legal notice; this must be completed before the site is published.
