Checking current photo-service terms
The parts of a quality check that involve money and time — how many photos are included, whether extra photos or video cost anything, how long a parcel is stored, and what can be returned — are set by the platform and change. This guide deliberately does not print those figures, because they were not verified from the official site when it was written, and an out-of-date number is worse than none. Instead, here is exactly what to look up, and where.
What to confirm before you order
- Included photos. How many quality-check or detail photos come with a standard order, and at what resolution.
- Extra photos and video. Whether additional photos, more angles, or a short video are available, and whether they cost anything.
- Storage time. How long a parcel is held in the warehouse free of charge before storage fees begin.
- Measurements and weighing. Whether staff will measure or weigh an item on request.
- Returns and exchanges. What can be returned if a check reveals a problem, who pays return costs, and the time limits.
- How to submit a request. Where in the order flow you attach photo instructions, and in what language.
Where to check
Use the official site's own help pages, reached from its navigation, rather than third-party copies that may be old:
If the current terms and an older forum post disagree, trust the official page and note the date you read it.
On current service status
This guide has not independently confirmed the current availability of every part of the service. A site loading, or a page returning a normal response, does not prove a service is working; a timeout or a blocked automated request does not prove it is down. Check the official channels for the current position before you rely on any of it.
This site is not the official CSSBuy website and is not affiliated with it. It cannot submit photo requests, process orders, or act as an agent. It only explains how to ask, and points you to the official source for the current terms.
