Accessories: QC checklist and references

Accessories cover a wide range here — caps, belts, sunglasses, small leather goods and swimwear — and each needs its own questions. Many are small enough that a single clear close-up answers most concerns, but some are hygiene items where returns may not be possible, so it is worth checking carefully before shipping.

30 accessories in this reference set — 26 with inspection photos published on their source listing.

Before this type of item ships, ask for

  • The detail that matters most. Embroidery on a cap, the buckle on a belt, hinges on sunglasses, stitching on a pouch — ask for that first.
  • Adjustment and sizing. Belt holes and length, cap closure, or the marked size where relevant.
  • Hardware and finish. Metal parts photographed close so you can see the finish and any markings.
  • Lining and interior. For pouches and cardholders, the inside stitching and any lining.
  • Hygiene items. For swimwear, confirm the return policy before ordering; ask for a print-alignment photo.
  • Complete set. For multi-piece items, confirm every piece is present.

Copy-ready wording for these requests is in the photo-request guide. A quality check confirms visible details only — it is not an authenticity test.
